Today my Soul mate and BEST FRIEND in the entire wide world joined us from Vermont for one hell of an adventure ! ! ! Once she arrived at our place, we left for the Cape . . .We stayed at a Motel in West Yarmouth, dropped off our bags and headed to Chatham for what was supposed to be a fun filled beach day complete with Seals ! We did see multiple colonies of them, probably due too great white sharks off the coast of Monomoy Bay . . .
We were Rained out of the Chatham Beach we frequent . . . and headed to Monomoy to gather info for our upcoming trip there with Zak . It was the worst of the worst Thunderstorms and even a funnel cloud that touched down at the beach we were at ! We dropped Jenn off at the bathrooms, while we went to the Visitor's Center to gather info, meanwhile the biggest most ear piercing loudest clap of thunder occurred . . . We left the Center to find her just coming out of the Bathroom . . .

Off too Provincetown . . .
As soon as we took a few steps onto Race Point Beach the Torrents followed .And we were soaked once again in rain . . .We decided to tough it out and go down Commercial Street anyways, and we stopped at a beach side tavern for a beer for me and a rest for Jenn and Brett . . .after two beers we ventured on . . . We even entered a Leather Bar for a drink . . . Brett got a corona she got a Sam Adams, while I was the risky one on ordered a Jack and Diet . . . We ventured to a few shops and the Pier where we saw many huge crabs swimming, before the torrents came back and we hopped a cab back to the car , and then back to the Motel, but not before stopping to save a baby Raccoon . . . and being pulled over twice! For a broken head lamp . . .

Morning . . . We spent pool side and then ventured Back to Chatham for more Seal Pictures . . .before we ventured Home . . .
